For items that we keep in stock, the shipping software that we use will automatically send out a tracking link when your order ships. It will also send you a notice when the package has been delivered. 

For items that ship directly from the manufacturer, please contact us at orders@tristatecommercialdoors.com for tracking. We usually receive tracking information within one or two days unless we have quoted you a longer lead time.
