Positive locks must be ordered by Store Management or GMTs directly through Positive Lock Inc. due to AP concerns. They are not available through Tristate Commercial Doors. If you need a positive lock, please call (or have store management call) 1-800-342-7670.

Positive Lock Inc. will need the store number and address. They will send the lock directly to the store with the lock core matching other positive locks in the store. Management should hold the lock in the AP office until installation.
